Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?

 A: As soon as you know about your event! I require at least a 2 weeks’ notice on all orders however the sooner you place your order the better. My calendar books up quickly, especially around major holidays! 

Q: Do you make gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, or other specialty baked goods?

 A: Not at this time. Because my treats are made in a home bakery I am not able to ensure an allergen-free environment. 

Q: Do you make fondant or specialty shaped cakes?

 A: All of my cakes are classic round butter cream cakes. I do occasionally use fondant for details and accents however, if you are looking for a detailed fondant cake or specialty shape cake I will suggest you pursue a bakery that specializes in those techniques! Because I am a small home bakery I do not have the tools and space to make these types of cakes! 

Q: What methods of delivery do you offer?

Pickup from my home in Conroe, TX unless otherwise arranged. My address will be on your invoice! Due to Texas Cottage Food Laws, I am currently unable to ship cookies.

Q: How long does it take to make a cookie?

 A: Standard orders take 3-4 days depending on order size and complexity. I usually make my dough a day in advance of cutting out the shapes, spend the next day rolling out the chilled dough and cutting and baking your shapes, and another 1-2 days layering on icing, letting it dry, and hand painting any details. These cookies truly are a labor of love! 

Q: What payment options do you accept?

 A: All orders are invoiced through Paypal unless discussed otherwise at the time your order is placed!
